I've not shared an awful lot on this blog about my weight loss plans before now (I've not share an awful lot on it at all recently), but just wanted to share this one (taken in May last year) as it has just been voted as a joint winner in the "Bravest Photo" category in the Photo-a-Day group I'm part of.
I really hate this photo, but I have to keep looking at it (even though I don't like to) to remind me why I've made the changes I have to my eating/drinking/exercise habits, and where I don't want to go back to.
I'm struggling a little bit with post-Xmas motivation, so it was lovely to be recognised like that by the group and it's great that I no longer look like that too!
I hope to be posting a goal picture some time this year, but I will still keep this one as a reminder when I do. :)
